Lehi Pool Remodeling
Renovations, new finishes, tile and decks planned for Lehi backyards.
Lehi is one of Mesa's oldest areas, settled in 1877 along the Salt River in north Mesa and annexed by the City in 1970.
Lehi is known for larger lots, mature trees and a more rural feel than most of Mesa. Backyard pools here range from decades-old originals to newer additions, and remodels often update the finish and edges while working around big trees and irrigated yards.
The City of Mesa lists constructing or filling in an inground swimming pool as work that needs a construction permit. Its pool submittals call for a dimensioned site plan, engineer-sealed drawings, and electrical, plumbing and mechanical plans. When a remodel changes the shell, plumbing or wiring, we confirm the scope with the City and file before work starts.
New interior, tile and coping on long-standing pools.
Fresh coatings on wide decks shaded by mature trees.
New pumps and filters to handle leaf and debris loads.
They can. Leaves and debris are hard on filters and finishes, so we often pair a remodel with a larger filter and a finish that hides minor staining.
Yes. We plan the route for equipment and materials during the walk-through so lawns and irrigation are protected.
